Gerald Vinnett is living a pitmasters dream! Starting off as a backyard barbecue enthusiast and family pitmaster he's always enjoyed putting meat to a fire and having a good time. After being selected as a grant recipient for the inaugural Kingsford Preserve The Pit Initiative he decided to share his talents with the world. Now Big Papi's Smokehouse is a household name with a dedicated following. In a short time, Big Papi has gone from backyard cooks to competing in the world's largest BBQ Competitions Memphis in May and Hogs For the Cause. Big Papi's Smokehouse offers delivery and onsite bbq catering services for every event to fill your bbq needs.
